Individual and Couples Counseling

Counseling provides the opportunity to address personal challenges with the assistance of a mental health professional. These personal challenges may be related to mental and emotional health, infertility, miscarriage, postpartum struggles, parenthood, relationships, trauma, grief and more. Your therapist will conduct a thorough assessment and work with you toward growth in these challenging areas.  Both in-person and virtual options available. 

Fees: Stephanie – $150 for initial intake. $135 for each subsequent session. Intern – $60 for initial intake. $45 for each subsequent session.

Christian Counseling

Christian counseling recognizes that many of our psychological challenges involve spiritual components. We utilize research-based techniques and interventions, alongside Biblical wisdom and encouragement. This type of counseling is offered by Stephanie Risinger, LCMFT who has studied, researched, and completed additional training in order to provide you with sound tools and techniques that address your specific emotional and spiritual needs.

Fees: $150 for initial intake. $135 for each subsequent session.

Groups

Groups provide a safe place to connect, share, learn, and grow alongside other women facing similar challenges.

Speaking

Throughout her career as a therapist Stephanie has spoken in numerous spaces, including women’s events, church gatherings, workplace trainings, and groups for mothers. Topics have included: Preparing for Postpartum Wellness, Healthy Sexuality in Marriage, Building Your Tribe in Motherhood, Postpartum Body Image, Hope Through Infertility and Loss, Soul Care, and Grief. Stephanie also taught psychology courses at the university level for 5 years as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University.

Clinical Supervision

Stephanie Risinger, LCMFT is a board approved supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapists in Kansas. Stephanie takes a systems approach to therapy and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a primary treatment modality. She takes a holistic approach to supervision and values the thoughts, experiences, and opinions of supervisees. Individual supervision is $135 per hour.
